It is an improved valve on the basis of marketing research and primary hemisphere valve. The executive mechanism installed with 90°rotary electric executor facilitates the operation of users. It realizes the remote automatic operation, and extends the scope of use of semi-spherical valve. Especially in some odious environment where the manual operation or normally open actions are not possible, it is really an innovation that the dual eccentric semi-spherical valve is equipped with electric executive mechanism under automatic computer operation .In case of explosion-proof and fireproof measures are required for electric control device, please state the class of protection and detailed instruction.
The
valve is featured with easy opening, removing fouling factor after closing, good sealing performance and other conventional advantages of semi-spherical valves. It is also anti-abrasive and anti-corrosive, thus, is widely applied in the transportation of various media such as water, vapor, sewage, natural gas, two-phase mixed-flow fluids containing solution and slurry, dusty gases, fluid containing large particle, powder solid in various industries such as papermaking and petrochemical industries. The electric operation has enabled the valves being used in automatic management and remote operation. Equipped with electric signaling device, the
valves can be used in the process of automatic operation and central control.

4. JB/T 9092-1999 and GB/T13927-92 are followed for pressure test.
